- ¾ bottle Trader Joe’s Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce
- 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- ½ cup water
- 20 frozen potstickers of your choice (chicken, beef, or veggie)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- 1 spoonful Crunchy Chili Onion or chili crisp (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Whisk together the Trader Joe’s Soyaki, Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce, coconut milk, minced garlic, and water in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
- Arrange the frozen potstickers in a baking dish.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the dumplings and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30–40 minutes.
- Remove the foil carefully and enjoy the bubbling sauce and dumplings.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, green onions, and a spoonful of Crunchy Chili Onion before serving.
