  • ¾ bottle Trader Joe’s Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce
  • 1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • ½ cup water
  • 20 frozen potstickers of your choice (chicken, beef, or veggie)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
  • Green onions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 spoonful Crunchy Chili Onion or chili crisp (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Whisk together the Trader Joe’s Soyaki, Thai-Style Red Curry Sauce, coconut milk, minced garlic, and water in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Arrange the frozen potstickers in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the sauce evenly over the dumplings and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–40 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil carefully and enjoy the bubbling sauce and dumplings.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro, green onions, and a spoonful of Crunchy Chili Onion before serving.
