Description

A cozy and comforting dumpling bake that comes together effortlessly, perfect for chilly evenings and family gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package gyoza-style potstickers
  • 1/4 cup soyaki sauce
  • 1 cup Thai-style red curry sauce
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 2 stalks green onions (chopped)
  • Crunchy chili onion or chili crisp (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the soyaki sauce, Thai-style red curry sauce, and coconut milk in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the minced garlic and whisk to blend thoroughly.
  4. Pour half of the sauce mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Arrange the frozen potstickers on top of the sauce.
  6. Pour the remaining sauce over the potstickers.
  7. Sprinkle chopped green onions and cilantro on top.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until the dumplings are tender.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize with seasonal veggies or different sauces. For a vegan version, substitute coconut milk with cashew cream.
