- 1 package gyoza-style potstickers
- 1/4 cup soyaki sauce
- 1 cup Thai-style red curry sauce
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (optional)
- 2 stalks green onions (chopped)
- Crunchy chili onion or chili crisp (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the soyaki sauce, Thai-style red curry sauce, and coconut milk in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the minced garlic and whisk to blend thoroughly.
- Pour half of the sauce mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen potstickers on top of the sauce.
- Pour the remaining sauce over the potstickers.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and cilantro on top.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes until the dumplings are tender.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize with seasonal veggies or different sauces. For a vegan version, substitute coconut milk with cashew cream.
