- 1 (8 oz) package of Trader Joe’s Caprese Ravioli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 6 oz marinated mozzarella balls
- Balsamic glaze, to taste
- Fresh basil ribbons, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the caprese ravioli according to the package instructions.
- Add the ravioli to a pot of generously salted boiling water until al dente.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Toss in the halved cherry tomatoes and let them blister and caramelize.
- Introduce the cooked ravioli to the skillet, along with the marinated mozzarella balls.
- Cover the skillet and heat through for a few minutes.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top and add fresh basil ribbons before serving.
Notes
Experiment with seasonal ingredients or add a protein for a heartier meal. Red pepper flakes or garlic can add an extra layer of flavor.
