Instructions
- Combine the diced mangoes, sliced red bell pepper, julienned cucumber, grated carrot, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together lime juice, fish sauce (or soy sauce), honey, and chili flakes in a small bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mix and gently toss to coat.
- Adjust seasoning with more lime, honey, or chili flakes to taste.
