Instructions
- Sauté the garlic by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and stir until golden.
- Warm the chicken by adding shredded chicken to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, and heating through.
- Melt the cheese by sprinkling shredded cheese over the chicken mixture and covering until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Assemble the wraps by placing the mixture in lettuce leaves or low carb wraps, adding optional toppings, and wrapping tightly.
- Cut the wrap in half and serve warm.
