  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish


Instructions

  1. Create the Citrus Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, and olive oil. Add in garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag, pour marinade over, seal, and shake. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Prepare grill to medium-high heat or heat grill pan on stove with olive oil.
  4. Grill to Perfection: Remove chicken from marinade, grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
