Ingredients

  • 2 ears sweet corn (fresh on the cob)
  • 4 oz tangy gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 cups fresh greens (arugula, spinach, or your favorite mix)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on preferred doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest on a cutting board.
  5. Roast the sweet corn on the grill until tender, then let it cool slightly.
  6. Slice the corn kernels off the cob.
