- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on preferred doneness.
- Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest on a cutting board.
- Roast the sweet corn on the grill until tender, then let it cool slightly.
- Slice the corn kernels off the cob.
