- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Select your bread—the foundation of this sandwich.
- Spread a generous layer of goat cheese onto one slice of bread.
- Drizzle honey on top of the cheese.
- Place the other slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
- Heat your skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich on the skillet until golden-brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich using a spatula.
- Add a small pat of butter around the edges while cooking the second side.
- Remove the sandwich from the skillet when both sides are crispy and golden.
