Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Select your bread—the foundation of this sandwich.
  2. Spread a generous layer of goat cheese onto one slice of bread.
  3. Drizzle honey on top of the cheese.
  4. Place the other slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.
  5. Heat your skillet over medium heat.
  6. Cook the sandwich on the skillet until golden-brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Flip the sandwich using a spatula.
  8. Add a small pat of butter around the edges while cooking the second side.
  9. Remove the sandwich from the skillet when both sides are crispy and golden.
