Instructions

  1. Start by taking a large mixing bowl and filling it with mixed greens and vegetables.
  2. Next, add halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, sliced red onion, and diced bell pepper.
  3. Sprinkle Kalamata olives throughout the mixture.
  4. Gently place the sliced grilled chicken atop the vegetable base.
  5. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, and dried oregano.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
