Description

A delightful creamy steak pasta dish that balances decadence with comfort, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or linguine)
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Sear the steak in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat, seasoning with salt and pepper, for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Remove and let rest before slicing.
  3. Toss in the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then add the Parmesan cheese and whisk until melted.
  5. Combine the pasta with the sauce in the skillet, tossing to coat. Serve topped with sliced steak and fresh parsley.

Notes

For variations, try adding roasted vegetables or fresh herbs for a flavorful twist.
