- 2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the fresh steak strips, cooking until browned for about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the steak and let it rest.
- Boil salted water in a large pot and add the linguine, cooking until al dente.

- Return the steak to the skillet, add the cooked linguine and cowboy butter, then toss everything together.
