- 2 pounds chicken thighs or breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Begin by combining minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Lay the chicken thighs or breasts into the bowl and turn to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Whip together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt in a separate bowl for the sauce.
- Slice the cooked chicken and serve with the garlic sauce.
