Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thighs or breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Begin by combining minced garlic, olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, coriander, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Lay the chicken thighs or breasts into the bowl and turn to coat evenly.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  4. Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Whip together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt in a separate bowl for the sauce.
  7. Slice the cooked chicken and serve with the garlic sauce.
