- 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2-3 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- Shredded lettuce
- Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
- Pickle slices
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard (Dijon or yellow)
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice (from the jar of pickles)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Wash and cut the potatoes into rustic chips. Pat them dry and coat with 1 tablespoon olive oil and half of the spice mix.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and bake the potatoes for 30-40 minutes or air fry for about 20 minutes until crispy.
- Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet, add beef mince, and cook until browned, adding the remaining spice mix.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and the extra garlic powder and smoked paprika in a small bowl.
- Assemble the bowls with crispy potatoes, shredded lettuce, beef mince, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with the sauce.
