Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese and panko breadcrumbs until thoroughly mixed. If the mixture is too wet, add more breadcrumbs to achieve the right consistency.
- Shape the mixture into small tots using about a tablespoon for each one and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the tots in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through for even crispiness.
- Once golden brown, let them cool slightly before transferring to a serving platter. Serve warm.
