- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter, then stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar.
- Add the ground ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt, and stir until well combined.
- Stir in the pecan halves until they are fully coated with the mixture.
- Spread the pecans in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container.
Notes
