Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your baking sheet by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, cooked cranberries, sage, onion, and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together vegetable broth and melted butter. Pour this mixture over the breadcrumb mixture.
- Fold everything together until well combined and moist. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Form the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning, until golden brown and crisp outside.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm, optionally with a drizzle of gravy.
