Ingredients

  • 3 large sweet onions, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer the sliced onions evenly at the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Melt the butter and drizzle it over the onions.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper over the onions.
  5. In a bowl, mix cheddar, mozzarella, and blue cheese, then spread over the onions.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
