- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar recommended)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Let mixture bubble for a few minutes.
- Spread the beef mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Layer frozen tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the tater tots.
- Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
