Description

A comforting Tater Tot Casserole that brings warmth and nostalgia to every occasion with layers of creamy goodness and crispy tater tots.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar recommended)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and frozen mixed vegetables. Let mixture bubble for a few minutes.
  4. Spread the beef mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Layer frozen tater tots on top of the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the tater tots.
  7. Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
