Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter-sugar mixture.
  6. Add drops of green food coloring and mix until desired color is reached.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  8. Optional: sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  10. Allow cooling on a wire rack before serving.
