Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the butter-sugar mixture.
- Add drops of green food coloring and mix until desired color is reached.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Optional: sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cooling on a wire rack before serving.
