Description

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • Optional: pickles, diced onions, burger sauce for serving


Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Press a small handful of seasoned beef onto one half of each tortilla.
  4. Cook the beef for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  5. Flip the tortilla over and sprinkle cheese over the beef.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half and return it to the skillet, grilling until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from skillet and slice before serving hot with optional toppings.
