Ingredients

2 rib eye steaks (1-inch thick)

1 tbsp kosher salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp butter

1/2 cup beef broth

4 garlic cloves (whole)

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

1. Season steaks with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

2. Sear steaks in a hot skillet with butter for 1–2 minutes per side.

3. Place steaks in the slow cooker.

4. Add broth, garlic cloves, and Worcestershire sauce.

5. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.

6. Serve hot with sides of your choice.

Notes
