Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
  3. Stir in chicken broth, cooked rice, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
