- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
- Stir in chicken broth, cooked rice, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- (Optional) Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden edges and bubbling cream are visible.
- Let sit for a few moments before serving and enjoy warm.
