Ingredients

1 cup jasmine rice

1 ½ cups chicken broth

2 boneless chicken thighs, cut into chunks

1 cup frozen peas

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Add rice, broth, and garlic to the rice cooker pot.

2. Place chicken pieces on top of the rice.

3. Sprinkle in peas, soy sauce, and sesame oil.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Stir gently to combine.

6. Close the lid and press ‘Cook.’

7. Let the rice cooker complete its cycle.
