Description

Delightfully crisp treats combining dark chocolate and puffed quinoa, perfect for sharing or indulging on your own.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces dark chocolate (72% cacao)
  • ½ cup peanut butter (optional)
  • 3 cups puffed quinoa
  • Flaky salt (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Prep the baking sheet by lining with parchment paper or greasing a mini muffin tin.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
  3. If using, mix in peanut butter until smooth.
  4. Fold in puffed quinoa until evenly coated with the chocolate.
  5. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared sheet or mini muffin tin, pressing down slightly.
  6. Sprinkle flaky salt on top and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to set.
  7. Once hard, break apart clusters if using a baking sheet or gently pop out from muffin tin.
  8. Store in an air-tight container and enjoy!
