- 1 package prosciutto
- 1 package mozzarella balls (about 12 oz)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay the prosciutto slices flat, then wrap each mozzarella ball with a slice of prosciutto.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and mix in oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Brush the seasoned oil over each prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella bite.
- Arrange the bites on the baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes until crispy.
- Let cool slightly and top with chopped basil if desired before serving.
