- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 6 cups brownie or cake cubes
- Caramel sauce for drizzling
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a trifle bowl, layer brownie or cake cubes at the bottom.
- Spoon half of the cream cheese mixture over the cake layer.
- Drizzle half of the pecan pie filling over the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers with remaining cake cubes, cream cheese mixture, and pecan pie filling.
- Top with chopped pecans, drizzle with caramel sauce, and garnish with chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
