Description

Easy and delicious Peanut Butter Energy Balls that are perfect for a quick snack, providing a wholesome boost of energy.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed or chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, oats, flaxseed, honey or maple syrup, and chocolate chips.
  2. Stir ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  3. Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls approximately one inch in diameter.
  4. Place rolled energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let them set.
  6. Store in an airtight container and enjoy as a snack anytime.
