Ingredients

- 8 ounces of pasta (your favorite type)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of milk (whole or your preferred alternative)
- ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until golden, about 1 minute.
- Add the uncooked pasta to the pot and toss to combine.
- Pour in enough water to cover the pasta and bring to a rolling boil.
- Cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Reduce heat and stir in milk and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cook until the sauce thickens, about a few more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
