Description

A comforting one pot dish featuring pasta enveloped in a creamy garlic sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces of pasta (your favorite type)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of milk (whole or your preferred alternative)
  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the uncooked pasta to the pot and toss to combine.
  4. Pour in enough water to cover the pasta and bring to a rolling boil.
  5. Cook the pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  6. Reduce heat and stir in milk and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cook until the sauce thickens, about a few more minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
