  2. Add in 100ml of cream of coconut.
  3. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  4. Fill each glass with ice cubes.
  5. Carefully pour the blended mixture over the ice.
  6. Garnish with a cocktail umbrella or a slice of fresh pineapple.
