Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 sleeves crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  4. Pour mixture into the greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  5. In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
