- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 2 cups rich turkey gravy
- 1 cup cooked vegetables (sweet peas or colorful carrots)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: bread crumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, turkey, vegetables, and half of the cheese.
- Add gravy and fold until everything is coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs (if using).
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
