Description

A comforting pasta casserole filled with tender turkey, rich gravy, and a creamy cheese topping, perfect for family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 cups rich turkey gravy
  • 1 cup cooked vegetables (sweet peas or colorful carrots)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: bread crumbs for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, turkey, vegetables, and half of the cheese.
  4. Add gravy and fold until everything is coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs (if using).
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
