- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the ground meat with jerk seasoning in a large bowl. Form into small meatballs and set aside.
- Place meatballs in a slow cooker. Add coconut milk, curry powder, diced onion, minced garlic, and bell pepper. Stir gently to combine.
- Set the slow cooker to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until meatballs are cooked through and tender.
- Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
