Description

Delight in the hearty flavors of Irish Pub Burgers, featuring juicy beef, melty cheese, and crispy bacon – perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 slices of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and other desired toppings


Instructions

  1. Warm the skillet and add olive oil. Slice the onion and cook until caramelized (about 15 minutes).
  2. In another skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
  3. Form ground beef into four patties and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side, adding cheese in the last minute.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns.
  6. Assemble burgers: place patty with cheese on bun, add bacon, caramelized onions, lettuce, and tomato.
