- 1 medium Yellow Onion (Shallots are a mellower substitute.)
- 2 cloves Garlic (Fresh garlic is ideal.)
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 pkg Refrigerated Cheese Tortellini
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil

- to taste Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Chopped Parsley (Recommended to add freshness.)
Instructions
- Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces and browning it.
- Add the diced onions and minced garlic, cooking until onions are translucent.
- Stir in the Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well.
- Pour in the beef broth, deglazing the pan and simmering until slightly reduced.
- Fold in the cheese tortellini and cover, cooking for about 3-5 minutes.
- Lower the heat, stir in the sour cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Try adding sautéed mushrooms or fresh herbs for extra flavor.
