Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Place the first tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over it.

  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the first side is golden brown.
  5. Carefully flip the burrito, return it to the skillet, and add the tablespoon of butter.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden and cheese is gooey.
  7. Slice the burrito and serve hot, adding herbs or salsa if desired.
