- Pinch of salt (for tzatziki)
Instructions
- Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, red onion, parsley, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until just combined and shape into 1.5-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake meatballs for about 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Prepare tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, and salt in a bowl.
- Serve meatballs hot alongside tzatziki sauce for dipping or drizzling.
