  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 1 clove garlic, minced (for tzatziki)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for tzatziki)
  • 1 tbsp chopped dill (for tzatziki)
  • Pinch of salt (for tzatziki)


Instructions

  1. Combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, red onion, parsley, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until just combined and shape into 1.5-inch meatballs.
  3. Place meatballs on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake meatballs for about 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Prepare tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, chopped dill, and salt in a bowl.
  6. Serve meatballs hot alongside tzatziki sauce for dipping or drizzling.
