- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, and spices in a mixing bowl.
- Pound chicken breasts to 1/2 inch thickness and marinate in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Prepare tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt in another bowl.
