Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and slice them into wedges.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil and minced garlic, then whisk in salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  4. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
  7. Once done, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot wedges.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve.
