Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly and slice them into wedges.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil and minced garlic, then whisk in salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
- Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Once done, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot wedges.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired, and serve.
