Description
This garlic parmesan chicken meatloaf is juicy, cheesy, and incredibly easy to make. It’s perfect for weeknight dinners and picky eaters alike.
Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
Black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the baking sheet.
4. Sprinkle extra parmesan on top for a golden crust.
5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
6. For air fryer: shape into mini loaves and cook at 370°F for 18–20 minutes.
7. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Swap ground chicken with ground turkey if preferred.
Use gluten-free breadcrumbs or almond flour for a GF version.
Great served with mashed potatoes or salad.
Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 4 days or frozen.
