Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

½ cup grated parmesan cheese

34 garlic cloves, minced

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

1 egg

2 tbsp milk

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ tsp salt

Black pepper to taste

Instructions

2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, seasoning, salt, and pepper.

3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the baking sheet.

4. Sprinkle extra parmesan on top for a golden crust.

5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F.

6. For air fryer: shape into mini loaves and cook at 370°F for 18–20 minutes.
