- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Place the seasoned steaks in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on one side until crispy.
- Flip the steaks, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic, and baste the steaks as they cook for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and whisk to incorporate flavors, then gradually add the Parmesan, whisking until the sauce thickens.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
- Slice the steaks, plate them, drizzled with the Parmesan cream sauce, and garnish with parsley.
