Description
Tender steak bites seared in garlic butter and coated in a rich parmesan cream sauce. Quick, creamy, and loaded with flavor in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
4 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes, chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Cut steak into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat 2 tbsp butter in skillet and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side.
3. Remove steak, melt remaining butter, add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
4. Pour in cream, stir and let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
5. Add parmesan, stir until melted and sauce thickens.
6. Return steak to pan, toss to coat evenly in sauce.
7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh parmesan for best melting and flavor.
Serve over mashed potatoes, pasta, or rice.
Steak can be swapped with chicken or shrimp.
