Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh, diced apples (a mix of sweet and tart varieties)
  • 2 cups ripe pears, diced
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (optional)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • Juice and zest of 1 large orange
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Dice the apples and pears into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
