- 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 packet Au Jus sauce mix
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, combine the beef broth, Au Jus sauce mix, and Worcestershire sauce and bring to a simmer. Set aside.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet, pressing seams together.
- Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the dough and sprinkle shredded Swiss cheese on top.
- Fold the dough over the filling, press edges to seal, and brush the top with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Slice into pieces and serve warm with Au Jus for dipping.
