Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package sugar cookie dough
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press sugar cookie dough into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until dissolved.
  5. Add vanilla and almond extracts and mix until combined.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream gently with a rubber spatula until light and fluffy.
  7. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
