Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond, peanut, or sunflower)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dates or raisins

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds or flaxseeds
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions
