Ingredients

Instructions

  3. Add chopped spinach and diced tomato, stirring gently until spinach wilts.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over sautéed vegetables, stirring gently as it cooks.
  6. When eggs are almost set, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top and cook until fully set.
