Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha or chili paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional, for thickness)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey or agave syrup, and rice vinegar. Whisk until smooth.
- Add sriracha, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Whisk to combine.
- If desired, mix cornstarch with a bit of water until smooth and add it to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a small saucepan and set over medium heat.
- Stir frequently until the sauce thickens, about a few minutes, then remove from heat.
- Let the sauce cool in the saucepan to enhance flavors.
- Use the sauce to drizzle over stir-fries, grilled meats, or vegetables.
