Description

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rinsed and drained chickpeas and black beans.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
