1 cup ditalini pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes (optional)
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook ditalini until al dente, about 7–8 minutes.
2. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add cooked pasta to the pan and stir in Parmesan, cream, salt, and pepper.
4. Toss in cherry tomatoes if using, and cook for another minute until warmed.
5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Swap heavy cream with full-fat milk or plant-based cream if preferred.
Add grilled chicken or crispy bacon for extra protein.
This pasta also tastes great chilled for a next-day lunch.
