  • 2 cups whole milk (for custards)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for custards)
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch (for custards)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for custards)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each.
  3. Fold in melted chocolate, then pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly. Cool before refrigerating overnight.
  5. For parfaits, blend heavy cream with a dash of sugar until soft peaks form. Layer whipped cream and mixed fruits in glasses.
  6. For custards, whisk whole milk, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened, then add vanilla.
  7. Pour custard into bowls, cool at room temperature, then chill in the fridge.
