Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each.
- Fold in melted chocolate, then pour the mixture into a prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly. Cool before refrigerating overnight.
- For parfaits, blend heavy cream with a dash of sugar until soft peaks form. Layer whipped cream and mixed fruits in glasses.
- For custards, whisk whole milk, sugar, and cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until thickened, then add vanilla.
- Pour custard into bowls, cool at room temperature, then chill in the fridge.
